Trail Maintenance
24th October 2010 – 10 am to 4pm
Opening day of the season at the firepit dirtpark will be at the same time as the Ngatimoti School Festival so come out to the park and bang out a few runs on the pump track and dirt jumps and grab a sausage or two. There will be no comp just a opportunity for a session.
We are hoping to have all dirt jump lines up running by then as well. If you are keen to come out on the 23rd as well for a dig / ride session we will be out there getting everything ready.
Roll on summer, cheers
Kelly McGarry is one of Australia and New Zealands best MTB dirt jumpers. However his skills reach well beyond the dirtjumps, and Kelly proves here that he is a world class rider.
We follow as he kills spots all around his home country of New Zealand, before heading overseas for the northern summer. Locations include Queenstown, Winton, Christchurch, St. Bathans and Blenheim.

You really can get a great picture of how the pump track flows and is laid out from the below video.
I really like how these corner transitions are structured and built
